Craig, Kelley & Faultless Paralegals Earn Board Certification in Truck Accident Law

Craig, Kelley & Faultless announced that two of its paralegals, Carissa Swalls and Holly Hinds, have become Board-Certified by the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys (ATAA) in Trucking Litigation. The certification, effective October 16, 2025, was earned after they sat for the board-certification exam during the annual ATAA Symposium held from September 18 to 20, 2025, in Austin, Texas.

The ATAA developed the first board-certification program for paralegals specializing in trucking litigation, enabling paralegals to demonstrate their expertise in this complex area of law. Achieving this certification requires a two-part process: documentation of substantial experience handling truck accident cases and passing the board-certification exam, which tests knowledge that an advanced paralegal in this field should possess.

Completion of the ATAA board-certification serves as proof of paralegals' experience and knowledge of truck accident law, showcasing the value of their expertise to the clients they serve. This achievement highlights the firm's dedication to professional development and its commitment to providing top-tier legal representation.

Craig, Kelley & Faultless provides its legal team with opportunities for continuing education, helping paralegals and staff build upon their expertise in truck accident law. As one of the few firms in the country with board-certified truck accident attorneys and paralegals, the firm takes pride in the expertise of its legal team. The firm is committed to offering victims of semi, heavy truck, bus, and other commercial motor vehicle accidents the best possible representation for their case.
