Displays included traditional work tools and trade items such as cacao beans and coffee beans, showcasing the country's cultural and economic heritage.
During the event, the Consulate of Honduras in Los Angeles received a Commendation for its support of the Honduran community and efforts to foster cultural awareness and engagement. Additionally, an award was presented to humanitarian and author L. Ron Hubbard for his book, The Way to Happiness, a nonreligious guide promoting values like respect, honesty, and compassion, which organizers said has been shared widely in Hispanic communities globally.
