CHARBONE CORPORATION (TSXV: CH; OTCQB: CHHYF; FSE: K47) announced that civil construction work officially began on October 27, 2025, at its Sorel-Tracy site, aligning with the schedule outlined in the Company's October 22 press release. This milestone signals the concrete launch of the construction phase for CHARBONE's first clean ultra high purity (UHP) hydrogen production module in Quebec.
The work involves complete preparation of technical infrastructure and installation of foundations required for the reassembly of main equipment, the delivery of which was successfully completed earlier this month. The start of construction brings the Company closer to its goal of local, decarbonized clean UHP hydrogen production in Quebec.
