Cboe and Benzinga to Host Webinar on New Magnificent 10 Index

Cboe Global Markets and Benzinga will co-host a free virtual webinar on November 13, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. ET to introduce the Cboe Magnificent 10 Index (MGTN), a new equal-weighted benchmark designed to capture the performance of the most influential U.S. large-cap technology stocks. The webinar, which will be led by Henry Schwartz, Vice President of Derivatives Market Intelligence at Cboe, and Gianni DiPoce, analyst and contributor at Benzinga, aims to provide investors with an early look at the index and its potential applications.

According to the announcement, the Magnificent 10 Index expands upon the widely followed "Magnificent Seven" by adding Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD), Broadcom Inc. (AVGO) and Palantir Technologies Inc. (PLTR). The index is designed to offer efficient exposure to growth leaders in the technology sector, with a focus on companies driving overall market growth. The webinar will cover the design and methodology behind the MGTN Index, including why Cboe chose to broaden the index beyond the original seven companies and the impact these technology titans have on the markets.

The session will also provide details on the upcoming launch of options and futures on MGTN, highlighting the ability to trade these derivatives products 24 hours a day, five days a week. Attendees will gain insights into how the product suite enables efficient exposure to growth leaders and what to expect from the derivatives launch. The webinar will conclude with a live Q&A session where participants can submit questions directly to Schwartz and DiPoce about the index methodology, the importance of AI stocks to MGTN, and strategies for leveraging options and futures on the index.

The event is geared toward veteran tech investors, newer investors, and anyone looking for efficient ways to access the most influential stocks in the markets. Registration is available online.
