Licensed Barber Lydia Saucedo has opened Caveman Cuts, a new men's grooming studio located at Salon and Spa Galleria Mall Circle in Fort Worth, Texas. The studio offers a range of services including classic cuts, fades, beard grooming, and hot towel shaves, with an emphasis on personalized care and attention to detail.
Saucedo, who transitioned into barbering after deciding on a career change, enrolled in ITS Academy and has since gained five years of industry experience. Her new venture aims to provide more than just haircuts; she focuses on helping clients leave feeling confident and refreshed. "Barbering is more than just cutting hair," Saucedo said. "It's about helping every client leave feeling confident, refreshed, and looking their best."
Services at Caveman Cuts include specialty cuts for those seeking styles beyond a standard trim, such as modern fades, mohawks, mullets, burst fades, and tapers. Saucedo is also skilled at cutting and styling hair longer than shoulder length. Among the creatively named service options are the "Caveman Clean Slate," which includes a custom haircut, full-face shave, back-of-neck shave, face wash with exfoliator, hair wash with hot towel, styling, after-shave, and a 10-minute neck massage. Another option, the "Grizzly Cut," features a hair wash with hot towel and back-of-neck shave.
Additional services include brow, nose, and ear waxing for men, mustache trims, and various head and beard shave options.
