Carrier Connect Data Solutions Completes PureColo Acquisition, Expanding Canadian Data Center Footprint

Carrier Connect Data Solutions Inc. (TSX.V: CCDS) (OTCQB: CCDSF) (WKN: A40XB1) announced the completion of its acquisition of PureColo, an Ottawa-based provider of carrier-neutral data centers offering colocation and server hosting solutions. The company issued 4,606,704 consideration shares and will pay approximately $2,326,000 over nine months to PureColo securityholders. Shares will be released from escrow in thirds at four, eight, and twelve months after December 4, 2025.

The acquisition adds two Ottawa data centers to Carrier Connect's existing facilities in Vancouver and Perth, Australia. CEO Mark Binns stated that the move expands the company's scale, revenue, and growth potential. Carrier Connect plans to file a Business Acquisition Report and will update shareholders upon filing.

Carrier Connect Data Solutions focuses on rolling up Tier II/III data centers internationally that specialize in delivering colocation and data center solutions to AI companies, service providers, enterprises, and small businesses. As a carrier-neutral organization, its systems are fully independent and owned outright within leased space. The company serves clients who use its facilities as primary data centers or ancillary sites.

This acquisition is significant as it strengthens Carrier Connect's presence in the Canadian market and enhances its ability to serve a growing demand for data center services driven by AI and cloud computing. The company's strategy of acquiring established data centers allows it to quickly scale operations and capture market share. The addition of PureColo's facilities in Ottawa, a key technology hub, positions Carrier Connect to better serve government and enterprise clients.
