Cari McGee Ranks 43rd Among Washington Real Estate Agents in 2026 WSJ/RealTrends Rankings

Tri-Cities real estate agent Cari McGee has been recognized as the 43rd top agent in Washington state in the 2026 WSJ/RealTrends Verified rankings, based on 52 closed transactions totaling $26.3 million in sales volume for 2025. This marks the second consecutive year McGee has earned a spot on the annual list, which identifies top-producing agents nationally using verified sales data.

McGee's 52 transactions placed her among the top 1.5% of agents in the United States and third in the Tri-Cities area for individual agents by sales count. Her $26.34 million in sales volume ranked third in the Tri-Cities and 163rd statewide, a notable achievement given that home prices in the Tri-Cities are among the lowest in any major Washington metro area.

"It's amazing to think that only a few dozen agents sold more homes than me in the entire state of Washington last year," McGee said. "Thank you to everyone who put their trust in me and hired me, or referred me to others who hired me. I am so, so grateful."

Clients often highlight McGee's hands-on approach, responsiveness, and personal attention. As the sole active licensed agent on the Cari McGee Real Estate Team, she works directly with all buyers and sellers. Her post-sale client care includes a unique rewards program offering perks from local and national businesses.

The RealTrends honor follows other recent accolades. At a RE/MAX Northwest awards ceremony in Kennewick, McGee was named the 10th individual RE/MAX agent in Washington state, third individual agent at RE/MAX Northwest (out of more than 200 agents across 11 offices in Washington and Oregon), and first in Washington for contributions to the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. She also achieved the 2025 RE/MAX Chairman's Club status.

McGee has sold more than 650 homes since 2004. In 2025, her listings spent a median of just 10 days on the market, compared to the market median of 28 days. She holds more than 270 five-star reviews and has been named a two-time Tri-Cities Best Real Estate Team winner (bronze), one of the top 200 agents in Washington, and in the top 1% of agents nationwide. She is also the number one RE/MAX agent in Tri-Cities and number 10 in Washington. In 2025, BUILD magazine named her the Most Trusted Realtor in Tri-Cities.

McGee leads a small team that balances efficient systems with personal guidance. Her business is built on the promise that no agent takes better care of their clients. More information is available at CariMcGee.com.
