The 1,433-square-foot restaurant had previously closed, but with direct backing from corporate management, the relaunch brings a renewed commitment to operational excellence, top-tier customer service, and the high-quality subs that local fans have missed. This move is the first wave of a broader brand revitalization in the area, with the Cheyenne Road location set to follow.
The reopening is significant because it restores a popular dining option to Colorado Springs and demonstrates Capriotti's confidence in the market.
