The agreement includes modular IR services such as editorial and campaign articles, translation and distribution of press releases, journalist outreach, social media campaigns, roadshows, and institutional investor engagement. In exchange, Dr. Reuter will receive a monthly fee of €4,500, with the arrangement terminable thereafter on one month’s notice.
