BOXABL Expands Modular Housing Footprint with Nationwide Deployments

BOXABL Inc. (NASDAQ: BXBL), a technology company specializing in modular building systems, has highlighted a range of completed and ongoing projects that showcase its factory-built housing solutions across the United States. The portfolio includes a permanent 12-unit park-model RV Casita installation at American Campground in Las Vegas, wildfire relief support in Pasadena, California, a 12-unit stacked Casita project for Catholic Charities in Oklahoma City, and the 12-unit Pasadera short-term rental community near Oklahoma State University.

The company is also collaborating with Horizons Getaways to develop a network of eco-luxury cabin resorts in multiple states. So far, 10 units have been delivered to locations in South Carolina and Texas, with additional sites planned in Tennessee, Florida, California, and Ohio. BOXABL has secured approvals for its Casita Studio in Arizona, California, New Mexico, Nevada, South Carolina, and Texas, and is continuing to develop other housing configurations, including its prototype Baby Box and stackable and connectable models intended for townhomes, multifamily developments, and larger single-family homes.

This progress is significant for the modular housing sector, as it demonstrates practical applications of prefabricated housing in diverse settings, from permanent installations to disaster relief. The projects underline the potential for modular construction to address housing shortages and provide rapid, cost-effective solutions. BOXABL’s flagship product, the Casita, is a 361-square-foot studio unit that unfolds on-site in under an hour, featuring a full kitchen, bathroom, and utilities. The company also offers the smaller 120-square-foot Baby Box and is developing larger modular systems.

BOXABL’s expansion comes as the company continues to secure regulatory approvals and partnerships, reinforcing its position in the market. The company began trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker symbol “BXBL” on July 20, 2026, following its business combination with FG Merger II Corp. Since its inception in 2017, BOXABL has raised over $230 million from more than 50,000 investors, reflecting strong interest in its approach to housing affordability.

The implications of these developments are far-reaching. For the housing industry, BOXABL’s projects illustrate the viability of modular construction in meeting diverse needs, from eco-tourism to social services. For investors, the company’s expanding portfolio and regulatory milestones may signal potential for growth. For communities, these projects offer a glimpse into more efficient and affordable housing options. As BOXABL continues to roll out its products across the country, its progress could influence broader adoption of modular building techniques.
