The City of Boerne is proud to showcase its vibrant automotive heritage with a full calendar of events celebrating classic cars, European motors, and community spirit throughout 2026. From vintage tractor shows to scenic Hill Country cruises, Boerne’s car culture blends tradition, passion, and Texas pride.
2026 event highlights include: March 7: Power of the Past – a vintage car, engine, and tractor show celebrating 40 years of The AgriCultural Museum & Arts Center. Features live music, reenactors, food vendors, and awards for Top 30 Vehicles, Best in Show Car & Truck. March 28: Italian Motor Gathering – the seventh annual exhibition of Italian motors at Main Plaza, open to all Italian marques. Free for spectators. April 18: Texas Corvette Association Open Car Show – 33rd annual show on Main Street with nearly 500 Corvettes and classic vehicles, live music, food trucks, and a silent auction. Proceeds benefit SJRC Texas. Black Rifle Block Parties – community events hosted by Black Rifle Coffee Company on April 18, July 4 and September 26, featuring live music, food and a car show. October 1: Hill Country Mile Rod Run – hosted by Cibolo Creek Motor Club on October 2-4, open to all American cars, trucks and motorcycles from 1985 and older. October 24: South Texas All British Car Day – showcasing British-made automobiles at Main Plaza. October 31: German Motor Gathering – the premier exhibition of German motoring in the Texas Hill Country, open to all German marques on two or four wheels. Free for spectators.
A Community-Driven Automotive Scene: Celebrating classic cars and European motors, Boerne’s car culture blends automotive appreciation with local tradition. Events like the Power of the Past, Texas Corvette Association's Open Car Show, Hill Country Mile Rod Run, and the European motor shows showcase the community's enthusiasm for rare and classic vehicles. These events also support local nonprofits, museums and family-owned small businesses along the Hill Country Mile.

Many events are free for spectators and include live music, food vendors, and family-friendly activities. Proceeds from several shows benefit local charities including SJRC Texas.
