Barrister Executive Suites Launches Day Passes Across 23 Southern California Locations

Barrister Executive Suites has introduced a Day Pass program that allows non-tenants to reserve professional workspace across its 23 locations in Southern California without a monthly membership or long-term office lease. The offering is aimed at professionals who need a place to work for a few hours or a full day, addressing the growing demand for flexible work arrangements in a region where commuting and remote work often intersect.

The program matters because it gives individuals and businesses a lower-commitment option in a commercial real estate market traditionally dominated by annual leases and coworking memberships. For professionals who work remotely, travel for business, or need a quiet space between appointments, the passes provide an alternative to home offices, coffee shops, or costly full-time arrangements. The network spans major employment and residential hubs including Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Burbank, Calabasas, Century City, Encino, Los Angeles International Airport, Manhattan Beach, Marina del Rey, Pasadena, San Diego, Santa Monica, Sherman Oaks, Torrance, Valencia, West Los Angeles, Westlake Village, and Woodland Hills.

Three pass options are available: a one-time pass for $50, a 5-day pass for $150, and a 10-day pass for $250. The tiered pricing structure is designed for professionals whose schedules do not require a full-time office, and the multi-day options offer per-day savings for those who need occasional access. Day Pass users can reserve workspace by the hour or for a full business day, depending on location and availability. Workspace configurations may include a private office, dedicated desk, or open workspace, though specific setup, furnishings, amenities, hours, and pricing vary by location.

Dorothy Bright, president and chief operating officer of Barrister Executive Suites, said professionals' workdays do not always happen in one place. She noted that a Day Pass gives people another option when they need a focused, professional place to work, whether they are between appointments, traveling for business, or looking for a change from working at home.

The program is intended for individual work such as focused tasks, remote work, and calls, and is not available for client meetings. Customers who need a room to meet with clients can inquire about separate meeting-room options. Day Passes are for single-person use, and headsets are required when using audio or participating in calls. Reservations are subject to availability, and advance booking is recommended since availability varies by location. Cancellation charges may apply based on the amount of business-day notice provided, so customers should confirm current price, availability, workspace type, and cancellation terms with their selected location.

To reserve, customers choose a location, select the time they need, and contact the team to confirm availability and workspace setup. More information is available at barrister-suites.com/privateoffice-day-pass.
