Eligible organizations must have 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status or a fiscal sponsor with that status and be based in Baltimore City or Baltimore County. Nonprofits whose mission focuses on education, historical preservation, or cultural preservation are encouraged to apply, as are neighborhood associations and improvement organizations.
