Ashley Stroud, Co-Owner and Chief Operating Officer of Plumbing Outfitters, has been named the 2025 Plumbing Contractor of the Year by the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors - National Association (PHCC). The award was presented during the PHCCCONNECT National Conference in Grand Rapids, Michigan, honoring leaders who demonstrate customer-focused business practices, operational excellence, and forward-thinking in the plumbing industry.
Stroud, a licensed Texas Master Plumber, was recognized for establishing a CHAMPS culture at Plumbing Outfitters, which stands for Character, Humility, Accountability, Mindfulness, Precision, and Service. This values-driven approach has improved team performance, customer satisfaction, and community involvement throughout Central Texas. Among her initiatives is Ashley the Outfitter, a local radio segment where she addresses common plumbing inquiries, making plumbing education accessible and empowering.
