Cindy McManus has announced the grand opening of her new salon, Anew You Body Mods, located in Suite 115, Studio 300 of the Salon & Spa Galleria at 7807 South Cooper Street in Arlington, Texas. The salon offers body piercing, scalp micropigmentation (SMP), and paramedical tattooing services.
McManus described her motivation for entering the field as a desire to help people feel better about themselves, particularly those struggling with insecurities related to hair thinning, balding, stretch marks, and scars. "SMP and scar and stretch mark camouflage are the services that I feel make the most impact on my clients," McManus said. She also noted that her background as a youth sports coach and educator has helped her connect with clients, including children.
McManus trained at the Fort Worth Scalp Micropigmentation and Cover Up by Jenny Academy for SMP and paramedical tattooing, and at The World's Only Tattoo school for body piercing. She emphasized her commitment to making clients feel comfortable, safe, and heard.
Anew You Body Mods is open from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, with Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday available by appointment only.
