ADM Endeavors Secures Orders From 8 Fire Departments, Expanding Public-Safety Vertical After Return to Profitability

ADM Endeavors, Inc. (OTCQB: ADMQ), a vertically integrated provider of custom apparel and promotional products, announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Just Right Products, Inc., has secured orders from eight city fire departments for uniforms and department apparel. The orders follow the company's first appearance as an exhibiting vendor at the 2026 Tarrant County Fire and Arson Investigators Association Conference, held September 2 at the Bob Bolen Public Safety Complex in Fort Worth, Texas.

Marc Johnson, CEO of ADM Endeavors, said, "These are exciting results from our first presentation at this event. Eight departments placing orders after a single day on the floor confirms that what we have built will continue to attract new customers in the future." The company presented its public-safety lineup, including station wear, duty apparel, custom-embroidered uniforms, and promotional products for community outreach and recruitment.

The expansion into fire departments represents a high-value, recurring revenue stream. Fire departments are among the most uniform-intensive organizations in local government, with daily-wear demand that recurs and is replaced on a regular cycle. Their purchasing is funded through municipal budgets, historically stable and less discretionary. Additionally, the company benefits from a built-in referral network, as fire departments operate within close regional networks through mutual-aid agreements and professional associations, allowing a trusted supplier's reputation to spread quickly.

Beyond uniforms, departments also purchase branded apparel and promotional products for recruitment and fire-prevention programs, increasing the value of each relationship. The company expects these initial orders to lead to recurring annual programs, similar to its experience with municipal and school customers.

This development follows a period of momentum for ADM Endeavors. In July, the company reported its government and education roster had grown to 17 Texas cities, 12 independent school districts, 5 colleges, 3 counties, and 2 water districts. It also added a uniform program for a Lockheed Martin division in Arizona, marking a step in its expansion outside Texas. In August, the company reported a return to profitability in the second quarter of 2026, with revenue increasing 11.4% to $1,307,924, promotional products revenue growing 19.7%, and net income of $62,061 versus a net loss in the prior-year period.

Public safety adds a fourth pillar to the company's platform. Texas is home to more than 1,500 registered fire departments, according to the U.S. Fire Administration's National Fire Department Registry. The company plans to pursue additional departments across North Texas and beyond using a relationship-driven, referral-based approach. Management emphasized that the new Fort Worth facility provides capacity to support substantially more volume. "Fire departments have high expectations for quality, turnaround, and service, which is why these eight orders are important to us," Johnson said. "Their decision to work with Just Right Products reflects the capabilities we have built and the service our team provides."
