One contract is with a city of approximately 40,000 residents, while the other is with a city whose population exceeds 1 million, making it the largest municipality the company has ever served. Both contracts are pending approval by their respective city councils.

The significance of these awards lies in the rigorous procurement process for municipal contracts. For a city of over 1 million residents, the requirements are among the most demanding in the public sector, and few suppliers can meet them. ADM Endeavors believes its selection reflects its proven track record with 17 Texas cities, 12 independent school districts, 5 colleges, and 3 counties, as well as the capacity of its 100,000-square-foot Fort Worth production facility.
Municipal contracts of this scale involve thousands of uniformed personnel across departments such as public works, water utilities, parks, and transportation. The recurring nature of apparel needs ensures a steady revenue stream over the contract's multi-year term. Once approved, this contract would represent the most significant municipal opportunity in the company's history.
The second contract, with a city of about 40,000 residents, aligns with ADM's existing customer base, bringing the total number of Texas cities served to 19. Both contracts are subject to city council approval and execution of final documents. The company will provide updates after finalization.
These awards build on recent momentum, following an announcement on September 3 that eight city fire departments placed orders after the company's first appearance at the 2026 Tarrant County Fire and Arson Investigators Association Conference. In August, ADM reported a return to profitability in Q2 2026, with revenue up 11.4% to $1,307,924 and net income of $62,061, compared to a net loss in the prior year.
Johnson added, "An account of this size is the reason we invested in our Fort Worth facility. The capacity is in place, the team is in place, and we are ready to begin the day the councils give their approval. Public-sector customers renew, and they refer. Every city we add makes the next one easier to win."
