ADM Endeavors, Inc. (OTCQB: ADMQ) has added a Fortune 50 aerospace and defense manufacturer as a customer, with apparel programs confirmed at five of the manufacturer's locations across Maine, Arkansas, Connecticut, and Texas. The customer, whose name is withheld under supplier publicity rules, is one of the largest contractors to the U.S. Department of Defense and joins Lockheed Martin as the second aerospace and defense prime contractor on the company's roster. The development matters because supplier relationships with contractors of this scale require vetting on quality systems, delivery performance, and the ability to serve multiple sites consistently, marking a validation of the company's 100,000-square-foot Fort Worth production facility.
In a separate set of announcements, the City Councils of Fort Worth and Hurst approved uniform contracts for which the company was selected in September. The Fort Worth contract is the largest municipal contract in ADM Endeavors' history, covering a city government that employs thousands of uniformed and field personnel across public works, water, parks, and code compliance departments. The hometown award also anchors the company in the city where its facility is located. The Hurst contract adds a Mid-Cities municipality between Fort Worth and Dallas. Both contracts now move to execution, with city departments placing orders as needed over the life of each agreement.
Dallas County, the second most populous county in Texas and a customer since early 2024, extended its uniform contract. Johnson County awarded the company its new competitively bid uniform contract, retaining the account under open competition. The City of Melissa, a fast-growing Collin County city north of Dallas, became a new customer, bringing the company's roster to 20 Texas cities under contract, along with 3 counties, 12 independent school districts, and 5 colleges.
CEO Marc Johnson framed the wins as evidence that the company's facility is performing as designed. "Six months ago we were still moving into this building," Johnson said. "Today one of the largest defense contractors in the country is our customer in four states, and Fort Worth, our home city, has approved its contract with us." He added that aerospace manufacturers and city councils "buy the same way: they check your work before they sign, and both approved us this fall," and that government customers renew and refer while corporate programs become references for the next account.
The announcements follow the company's return to profitability in the second quarter of 2026, when revenue rose 11.4% to $1,307,924, promotional products revenue grew 19.7%, and net income was $62,061 versus a prior-year net loss of $69,110, with no dilution to shareholders.
