A Place At Home – North Austin Wins Best of Round Rock Award for Second Year

A Place At Home – North Austin, serving Williamson and Travis Counties, has earned the Best of Round Rock Award for the second consecutive year. This year’s voting drew nearly 50,000 community participants, underscoring the home care agency’s strong reputation for trusted, relationship-based senior home care across Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Pflugerville, and Austin.

The repeat recognition follows a year of major community partnerships and expansion milestones, including a new Round Rock office and collaborations with the ShareTheWill Foundation to provide power wheelchairs for local veterans.

Co-owners Stacey Eisenberg and Bryan Eisenberg founded the Round Rock based home care agency with a clear promise to “put care back into caregiving.” Their vision blends professional expertise with local heart, providing in-home care for seniors, veterans, and adults with disabilities built on dignity, connection, and trust.

Through specialized dementia and Alzheimer’s programs, A Place At Home’s caregivers receive advanced training led by Stacey and her team. The agency’s continuity-of-care model ensures that families see familiar faces, helping seniors stay comfortable and confident at home. The home care agency offers flexible shifts from 2 hours to 24/7 care.

In partnership with the ShareTheWill Foundation, the agency recently shared they have provided over 30 power mobility chairs to local veterans, a project that combined clinical insight with heartfelt community support. It’s part of their growing “Community Compassion in Action” initiative, demonstrating that great care doesn’t stop at the doorstep of our clients but with everyone in the community.

“Winning this award twice tells us the community feels our heart,” said Stacey. “Families trust us with the people they love most and that trust means everything.”

“Round Rock is home,” added Bryan. “We’re proud to grow with a community that believes in compassion, connection, and care that truly matters.”

A Place At Home – North Austin provides compassionate in-home senior care, veteran support, and disability assistance throughout Williamson and Travis Counties. Services include personal care, companion care, respite care, and specialized dementia support. They recently expanded to include a dedicated training lab for their caregivers.
